Chin-Fu Kuo was born in Taiwan in 1975. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science from National Chung Cheng University in June 1998 and June 2000, respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from National Taiwan University, Taiwan, in June 2005. He joined the faculty of the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National University of Kaohsiung, in September 2006. He current research interests include real-time resource management, embedded systems, network security, and network QoS.
